Our trainers

Corey Iglesias

Corey is the owner of CoreFitness RVA with 8+ years of industry experience. He earned his bachelors degree in Health, Physical Education, and Exercise Science from VCU and is an ASCM certified exercise physiologist. Corey is also a USA Weightlifting level one Olympic coach.

Corey works with clients of all ages and specializes in functional training and pain reduction. He uses a combination of training modalities to optimize results for each individual.

Nathan Rhodes

Nathan is the owner of Overcome: Nutrition and Fitness Coaching, with 3+ years of coaching experience. During his time at VCU pursuing his Trumpet Performance Degree, he realized the importance of fitness to his lifestyle and overall health through his love of bodybuilding. What was once an outlet for stress quickly became his passion!

Nathan is a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM), Behavior Change Psychology Specialist (Precision Nutrition), and an Advanced Fat Loss and Physique Coach (CHFI, Dr. Layne Norton, Dr. Bill Campbell). He utilizes various training methodologies, nutritional strategies, and assists his clients in changing their habits to not only lead them to their goals, but sustain their results long term.
